Azure Stack

This is a combination of hardware and software stacks that allow Azure to run on-premises, and can be controlled by the Azure portal in the public cloud. In essence, it allows you to add your personal data center to the Azure public cloud visible only to you. 

This is by far one of the most comprehensive hybrid cloud solutions out there, however it necessitates the use of certain hardware in a certain reference architecture for you to be able to use it.
