If you would like to deploy this application to Heroku, you need to create a new Heroku account https://signup.heroku.com/, if you do not already have one. And you need to install the Heroku Toolbelt. Navigate to: https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/heroku-cli#download-and-install to download and install.
