第六章 肿瘤细胞凋亡 Chapter 6 Tumor Cell Apoptosi
【提要】
细胞凋亡是一切生物正常胚胎发生过程和人类发育过程中细胞清除的正常途径。这一过程的紊乱将导致发育异常，并给人类造成许多严重的疾病。许多证据表明，肿瘤的发生与细胞凋亡的调节紊乱有密切关系。细胞凋亡参与癌症的起始过程，并对癌症的发生起负调控作用。在肿瘤增殖过程中，通过启动细胞凋亡机制，使表型接近于正常的癌细胞群得到清除，而恶性表型显著的癌细胞群的凋亡明显被抑制，从而保证肿瘤细胞群体的高增殖率。本章就与肿瘤相关的细胞凋亡做一介绍。
Apoptosis is one of the intact cellular clearance pathways in the normal embryogenesis，human developmental processes and usual human life.The impairment in the process will lead to dysplasia and will cause many serious diseases.The evidence shows that tumorigenesis and apoptosis is closely related.Impairment of apoptosis is involved in the initial process of cancer，negatively regulating the malignantly transformed cells.In the intact cellular condition，a small number of transformed cells，which are however close to the normal phenotype，are removed by apoptosis，but the apoptotic process of the cancer cells with malignant phenotype is greatly inhibited by the high proliferation activity of cancer cells.This chapter will introduce cancer-associated apoptosis.
