9　Feeding Equipments Installation

9.1　Installation and Commissioning of Electric Belt Discharging Car

9.1.1　The installation of the electric belt discharging car track shall meet the following requirements:

1　The overlap ratio of the longitudinal center line of the track relative to that of the belt conveyer shall be checked with steel ruler through drawing the wire and hanging the pendant，with the allowable deviation of 3.0mm.

2　The levelness of the track shall be checked by level gauge and steel ruler，with the allowable deviation of 1/1500.In addition，the full length shall not be larger than 10.0mm.

3　The height difference between two track surfaces in the same cross section shall be checked by level gaugeand steel ruler，with the allowable variation of 3.0mm.

4　The track gauge shall be checked by steel ruler，with the allowable deviation of±3.0mm.The allowable deviation of dislocation of the steel track joint is 1.0mm，and that of gap of the steel track joint is 0mm-1.0mm.

9.1.2　The assembly of the running mechanism of the discharging car shall meet the following requirements:

1　The span of the wheel shall be checked by steel ruler，with the allowable deviation of±3.0mm.

2　The front axis shall be parallel to the rear axis of the car.The difference of the center distances of the front and rear axis ends shall be checked by steel ruler，with the allowable deviation of 2.0mm.

3　The length difference of two diagonal lines of the center of the front wheel and the rear wheel shall be checked by steel ruler，with the allowable deviation of 3.0mm.

9.1.3　The belt guide roller of the discharge car shall meet the following requirements:

1　The overlap ratio of the longitudinal center line of the roller relative to that of the belt conveyer shall be checked with steel ruler through drawing the wire and hanging the pendant，with the allowable deviation of 3.0mm.

2　The perpendicularity of the axial lead of the roller to the longitudinal center line of the conveyor shall be checked by the theodolite or a special rocker，with the allowable deviation of 2.0/1000.

3　The levelness of the bus on the roller shall be checked by level gauge or leveling instrument，with the allowable deviation of 0.5/1000.

9.1.4　The commissioning of the electric belt discharging car shall meet the following requirements:

1　The electric belt discharging car shall move back and forth in the full stroke，and the adjustment of the position of the travellimit switch shall meet the requirements of the design document.

2　The discharging car shall move in the full stroke at least 3 times.The motion shall be stable，the stop position shall be exact，and the action shall be flexible and reliable.

3　When the discharging car is running，the distance from the edge of the conveyer belt to the end edge of the carrier roller shall be larger than 30mm.
