1.3 Structure of CRTS Ⅱ Slab Ballastless Track in Tunnel
The track structure in tunnel is 779mm high(top inner rail surface to bottom base surface);the design thickness of cement emulsified asphalt mortar is 30mm;all the track slabs are standard track slab with 6450mm long and 2550mm wide,and shall continuously laid;the structure of supporting layer is the same as that of subgrade,its thickness is 300mm in straight line section,and the height in curve section is determined by ultrahigh value;false suture(expansion joint)shall be set on supporting layer,and the false suture spacing is about 5m.Drainage ditches shall be set in lines and at both sides of the line;the drainage shall be realized by line longitudinal slope and water collecting well.The track structure of straight line section(without inverted arch)in tunnel is shown in Figure 3.
