自制番茄酱口感酸甜,最为常见的吃法就是搭配面包或者其他油炸食材来食用。
食材
番茄 500克
听装去皮番茄 500克
番茄膏 50克
洋葱 200克
蒜 100克
罗勒叶 20克
橄榄油 50毫升
盐 适量
黑胡椒碎 适量
阿里根奴 2克

制作
1-5.将番茄洗净,去蒂,开十字刀。水烧开后放入番茄,烫至脱皮捞出。再将番茄放入凉水里,去皮。将去皮后的番茄切开,去籽。将听装去皮番茄和新鲜去皮番茄一起放入料理机,打成碎块,备用。洋葱、蒜均切末,备用。
6-10.起锅后加橄榄油、蒜末、洋葱末炒香。再倒入番茄碎块,小火熬煮。另起锅加橄榄油,将番茄膏炒香后,倒入番茄碎块中,一起小火熬煮3小时。最后加盐、黑胡椒碎、罗勒叶、阿里根奴调味,放凉即可。
